Just saw the latest filing hitting the wire. Looks like another round of headcount reductions is officially on the books. It’s hard not to feel like a number when you see these notices pop up without any internal communication or transparency from the top. Management loves to talk about our 'people-first' culture in every single email, but the reality on the ground feels like a constant state of anxiety. For those of us who have been here for a few years, it’s getting exhausting. You see the news, you check your Slack, and you just wait to see if your access to the portal still works. If anyone has intel on whether this is the end of the cuts for this cycle or if we’re looking at a phased approach over the next few months, please share. The lack of clarity is honestly the worst part of the whole experience.

The dissonance between the corporate messaging about our 'people-first' culture and the cold reality of these WARN notices is reaching a breaking point. It is demoralizing to hear about restructuring through official filings before a single word from leadership. The lack of transparency creates an environment where everyone is constantly looking over their shoulder, wondering if their role is next on the chopping block. At this point, the term 'valued employee' feels like nothing more than an empty buzzword used to keep us compliant while the headcount numbers are ruthlessly managed.

I have been tracking these filings for a while now, and honestly, the pattern has become predictable. They keep pushing the growth narrative while simultaneously trimming the workforce to satisfy quarterly projections. It is a cynical way to operate, and it is burning out the people who actually do the work. If they really cared about the talent here, they would at least have the decency to address the situation directly instead of forcing us to find out through public records. This perpetual uncertainty is no way to run a company.
