Marvell - Performance review season and the vibe check

With performance review season kicking off at Marvell, I'm trying to read the tea leaves. The feedback has been a mixed bag this year. Some praise for hitting targets, but there's also a lot of 'strategic realignment' talk and emphasis on 'efficiency'. It feels like they're laying the groundwork for something, whether it's a structured layoff or just a significant down-scoping of certain teams. I've seen a couple of my peers in related departments looking a bit nervous after their reviews. My own felt a little... colder than usual. It's hard to tell if it's just the standard pressure cooker environment around reviews or if there's more to it. Anyone else feeling this way? Are managers being more direct or cagey than usual during these discussions?
