Marvell: Anyone else feeling the budget cuts coming?

Hey everyone, I've been at Marvell for a few years now, and while there hasn't been any official word, I'm starting to feel a definite chill in the air. My team's been told to "tighten our belts" on non-essential spending, which is usually a precursor to bigger things. Also noticed some projects getting put on the back burner indefinitely, and not a lot of new hires coming in, at least not that I can see. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and while mine was decent, I've heard rumblings about 'tiered' ratings being used more strictly this year. Curious if anyone else is picking up on similar vibes across different departments. Is it just me, or is Marvell bracing for some tough times ahead? Looking for any insights or confirmation from others on the ground.
