Hey folks, been at Marvell for a few years now, and honestly, things feel like they've really slowed down lately. My team's project pipeline seems a bit thin, and it feels like headcount is frozen or even shrinking subtly. New hires are rare, and there's been a lot of internal shuffling that doesn't seem to lead anywhere concrete. Has anyone else picked up on this vibe? Is it just my department, or is this a broader trend within the company? Curious to hear if others are seeing similar things, especially if you're in different divisions or roles. Yeah, I've noticed it too. It's not just your department. Feels like a general belt-tightening across the board. Projects that were once green-lit are now in limbo, and the usual buzz about innovation seems to have quieted down.
