Has anyone else noticed a significant slowdown in hiring at Marvell, or perhaps even a freeze? I've been seeing fewer job postings than usual, and some roles I've been tracking seem to have been open for a while with no movement. It's not just the external hiring either. Seems like internal transfers and backfills are also getting stalled. Wondering if this is a company-wide trend or specific to certain divisions. With the current market conditions, I'm not entirely surprised, but it's still concerning. It makes you wonder about future growth and stability. Anyone in recruiting or management who can shed some light on this? Trying to get a pulse on the situation without causing undue panic.

Yeah, I've seen some chatter about this too. It's definitely a concern when you notice fewer openings and stalled processes.
