Hey everyone, been with Marvell for a few years now and lately, there's been this undercurrent of uncertainty. Nothing concrete, no official announcements or anything, but I'm hearing whispers through the grapevine about potential reorganizations or shifts in focus within certain departments. People are definitely feeling it – more questions than answers, and the usual 'we're lean and mean' mantra feels a bit hollow. Wondering if anyone else has picked up on similar vibes or has any more specific intel? Trying to gauge if this is just general industry jitters or something more specific to Marvell. The lack of clear communication isn't helping the anxiety levels, that's for sure.

I've definitely felt that shift too. It's been a bit unsettling, to be honest. While leadership keeps talking about growth and innovation, the day-to-day feels different. There's a lot of speculation about where resources are being prioritized and if certain projects are being de-emphasized. It's tough when there's so much uncertainty in the air and not much clarity on the strategic direction for various teams. Hopefully, we'll get some more concrete information soon.
