Just saw the official WARN filing drop for the Miami Gardens office. Looks like 58 people are on the list for the July 14th cutoff. If you’re at this location, keep a close eye on your email or calendar for a surprise meeting invite. It’s never a good sign when they give this much lead time, usually means they’re just waiting for handovers or knowledge transfers before locking accounts. Does anyone know if this is site-specific or if there are other regional impacts that didn’t hit the WARN radar yet? Really sucks for everyone involved. Hang in there.

If you are on that list, stop putting in extra effort and focus entirely on your severance package and benefits. Leadership has been tight-lipped about whether this is just a regional consolidation or part of a much larger restructuring, but given the current climate, assume the scope might be broader than just one office. Don't wait for the surprise meeting invite; start your networking now while you still have access to your internal contacts.
