Miami Gardens WARN notice confirms the worst

Just saw the official WARN filing for the Miami Gardens office. 58 people impacted, effective July 14th. If you know anyone in that group, reach out to them now—they’re going to need the referrals. It’s brutal to see this happen mid-year, especially when the messaging has been all about 'growth' and 'market leadership' in recent town halls. I know several folks who relocated for those roles only to have the rug pulled out from under them. Does anyone have any internal intel on whether this is a site-specific consolidation or if they're looking to trim headcount across other US hubs as well? The transparency is nonexistent as usual. For those of us left in the dark, please keep an eye on your access levels and start backing up your personal files. This company has a habit of executing these cuts with zero warning, and I’d rather be prepared than caught off guard when the portal access vanishes.

It’s honestly infuriating to watch the leadership team push this ‘market leadership’ narrative while cutting heads in Miami Gardens. Those 58 people relocated their families based on promises of growth, and now they’re left scrambling. This isn't just business; it’s a complete lack of integrity. If anyone in that office needs a lead or a resume review, let’s make sure we step up and help them out. This company is clearly prioritizing stock prices over the people who actually built the tech.

I'm not surprised, unfortunately. The disconnect between the town hall rhetoric and the actual operational strategy has been widening for quarters. Those of us watching the balance sheet saw the writing on the wall, but it still stings to see it confirmed for Miami. Don't expect any more clarity from the top; they’ll keep calling it 'strategic realignment' while the talent drain continues. To those affected, start polishing those LinkedIn profiles immediately—the industry is still hiring for your skill sets elsewhere.
