Masco - Any news on potential restructuring?

Been with Masco for a few years now and things have always been pretty stable. Lately, though, there's been a lot of internal talk about potential restructuring across different divisions. No official announcements, of course, but it feels like something is brewing. Heard from a couple of people in different departments that their leadership is having more frequent, closed-door meetings. Wondering if anyone has heard anything more specific or if this is just general end-of-year planning / market jitters. Trying to get a pulse on what might be happening beyond the usual corporate speak. Is anyone in a role that might be more directly affected by these kinds of changes? Trying to prepare mentally if there's a possibility of shifts happening.
