Hey all, been with Masco for a few years now in the [mention department generally, e.g., engineering/operations] side. Lately, the vibe in the office has been a bit… off. Lots of hushed conversations, people looking over their shoulders a bit more than usual. Management's been pretty tight-lipped, but I've heard some vague chatter about "strategic realignments" and "efficiency improvements." Doesn't sound great, honestly.
