Hey everyone, I'm starting to get a bit antsy here at Masco. Haven't heard any official word or seen any major red flags, but the general vibe in the industry feels... tense. We've seen some smaller teams get restructured recently, and there's been a lot of 'efficiency' talk in the all-hands meetings. Makes you wonder what's coming down the pipeline. Has anyone else in Building Products picked up on anything similar? Any whispers in your departments or teams? Just trying to gauge the temperature. Feels like a good time to start updating the resume and keeping an ear to the ground, even without concrete news. Yeah, I'm picking up on that too. The constant talk about 'synergies' and 'streamlining' across different divisions feels like code for something bigger. I've noticed a lot more people polishing up their resumes lately, even those who usually seem pretty secure. It's hard to shake the feeling that management is laying the groundwork for some significant changes, even if they're not explicitly stating it. Just hoping it doesn't lead to a wave of layoffs.

Totally feel you. The 'efficiency' push is definitely noticeable, and it’s creating a low-key hum of anxiety. It's like waiting for a storm to break.
