Masco - Anyone else feeling the pressure? Slow hiring, project cuts?

I'm getting a weird feeling at Masco. Haven't seen any official announcements, but the hiring freeze feels real. My department's been trying to fill a couple of critical roles for months with no luck, and requisitions are getting stalled or outright rejected. Plus, some projects that seemed like priorities are suddenly on the back burner or getting scaled down. It's creating a lot of uncertainty and making it hard to plan. Is this just my corner of the company, or is this a broader trend across Masco? Curious if anyone else is seeing similar signs and what they think it means.

Yeah, I'm seeing similar things in my area. The hiring freeze definitely feels like it's in effect, and the struggle to get new positions approved is impacting our workload. We've had to redistribute tasks and push back some deliverables because we're so understaffed. It's frustrating when you can't get the resources you need, especially when other initiatives seem to be slowing down. Definitely a sense of unease about what's next.
