Masco - Is anyone else feeling the squeeze?

Hey everyone, been with Masco for a few years now and things have been feeling... different lately. Workload seems to be picking up across the board, but I haven't seen any corresponding headcount increases. Actually, feels like some teams are leaner than they've been in a while. Anyone else in a similar boat? Wondering if this is a company-wide thing or if it's just my department. Getting a bit concerned about burnout and what it might signal long-term.

Definitely feel this. Been noticing it too, especially on the engineering side. Projects seem to be piling up, and it feels like we're expected to just... absorb it all. There's a constant pressure to do more with less, and while I appreciate efficiency, it's starting to feel unsustainable. It's impacting morale, and I've heard similar sentiments from folks in other divisions. It makes you wonder about the company's long-term planning and how they're prioritizing resources when it comes to staffing versus project demands.
