Anyone else feel like McCormick is a bit... stagnant?

Been with McCormick for a few years now, and honestly, things feel a bit stuck. The products are great, of course, who doesn't love their spices and flavorings? But from an internal perspective, it feels like we're just doing the same things over and over. Innovation seems slow, and growth opportunities for people at my level feel limited. It's stable, which is nice, but I'm starting to wonder if this is all there is. Anyone else in the consumer goods space, or specifically at McCormick, feeling this way? Is it just me, or is the pace of change just not what it used to be in this industry? Curious to hear if others feel the same or have seen positive shifts.

I've noticed that too. While their brand recognition is incredible and the quality of their products is undeniable, it does seem like the company could benefit from a jolt of fresh energy. It's easy to become complacent when you're a market leader, but staying ahead requires constant adaptation. I wonder if they're focusing too much on maintaining the status quo rather than exploring new avenues or pushing boundaries in product development or marketing strategies. It's a shame because there's so much potential there.
