Hey all, been seeing a lot of buzz around 'restructuring' and 'streamlining' at McCormick. On the surface, things seem okay, but there's a definite undercurrent of anxiety. Heard some chatter about certain departments being consolidated and a general 'do more with less' push. It feels different than the usual annual reviews or seasonal slowdowns.
