Been seeing a lot more 'efficiency' talk, and some projects I thought were solid seem to be on the back burner or getting scaled back significantly. It's the usual signs, I guess – hiring freezes in some departments, increased scrutiny on expenses, that kind of vibe. No official word on layoffs, but the atmosphere is definitely… tense. Management seems a bit cagey when asked directly. Anyone else in the same boat? Wondering what the broader sentiment is across different teams. Is this a company-wide thing or localized to certain areas? Trying to get a read on the situation without causing unnecessary panic, but it's hard not to feel the pressure.
