Anyone else feeling the pressure at McCormick lately?

Hey all, been at McCormick for a few years now in [Department]. Lately, it feels like there's a lot more stress and uncertainty floating around. Budgets seem tighter, projects are getting scrutinized more, and there's this general sense of walking on eggshells. I haven't heard any concrete news about layoffs, but the vibe is definitely off. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and the feedback felt particularly critical this year, even for people who have consistently met or exceeded expectations. Just wondering if others are picking up on the same thing or if I'm just overthinking it. Is anyone else seeing this, or is it specific to certain teams?

I'm right there with you. The atmosphere has definitely shifted. It feels like every decision is under a microscope, and the usual collaborative spirit seems to be waning. I've noticed the increased scrutiny on projects too, which definitely adds to the feeling of unease. Hoping things settle down soon and we can get back to a more stable environment.

Totally feel the 'walking on eggshells' vibe. My team has been trying to stay positive and focused, but it's hard when the general mood feels so tense.
