Hey everyone, throwing this out there as I've been hearing some murmurs around McCormick lately, and it's got me wondering. It's not anything concrete, no official announcements or anything, but there's a certain vibe in the air. Some teams seem to be a bit tighter on budgets, and there's been a bit more 'reorganization' talk than usual. Could be nothing, could be them prepping for something. Just curious if anyone else is picking up on this, or if it's just me overthinking things. Is it just the usual Q3/Q4 slowdown, or is there more to it? Been with the company a few years now and this feels a little different. Any insights or similar feelings from other departments would be appreciated.

I've been in a few meetings lately where budget constraints were definitely a recurring theme. It's subtle, but you can feel a shift. Projects that might have gotten a green light previously seem to be under more scrutiny now. Coupled with the occasional mention of 'streamlining operations,' it does make you pause. I'm hoping it's just standard business cycle adjustments, but it's definitely something I'm keeping an eye on.

Interesting you mention that. I've also noticed a bit more emphasis on efficiency and cross-functional collaboration. It could be a push for innovation or simply a response to market pressures. The 'reorganization' talk is probably just standard corporate speak for reassessing how resources are allocated. Hard to say without more info, but it's wise to stay aware of the general atmosphere within the company.
