Seriously, what is going on? The news about the office closures and impending layoffs has been out for a bit now, but it feels like we're just waiting for the other shoe to drop. I'm not sure if this is about McDonald's corporate, but if it is, that sounds incredibly stressful for everyone involved. The uncertainty must be awful. When big changes are coming, even a little communication can go a long way in managing anxiety.
