With all the news about McDonald's corporate offices closing and talk of layoffs, I've started thinking about what I'd do if I were impacted. It's hard not to worry when you see these kinds of headlines. I've been with the company for a few years now, and my role feels pretty stable usually, but these recent events have definitely put me on edge. Just wondering if anyone else is in a similar position, actively updating their resume or starting to network again? What are your go-to resources for job searching when things feel uncertain? I haven't had to seriously job hunt in a while, and the market seems different now. Any advice on navigating this would be appreciated, even if it's just to help calm my nerves a bit by feeling more prepared.
