McKesson - Any whispers about internal reorgs?

Starting to hear some chatter about potential internal reorganizations. Nothing concrete, just vague comments from senior folks about 'synergies' and 'streamlining operations.' It feels like more than just typical corporate speak, though. Has anyone heard anything more specific about which departments might be affected, or if this is tied to a larger strategic shift? I'm trying to get a sense of whether this is just reshuffling the deck chairs or if we're looking at more significant structural changes. Any info, even anecdotal, would be appreciated. Trying to prepare myself for what might be coming.

Yeah, I've picked up on some of the same murmurs. 'Synergies' and 'streamlining' definitely sound like buzzwords for something bigger. My gut feeling is it might involve consolidating some of the smaller, specialized teams into larger divisions. It's hard to say for sure without more direct information, but the general sense of unease is definitely palpable. Hopefully, any changes will be communicated transparently soon.

I'm with you. It feels different this time. Normally, you can kind of guess where the cuts or merges will happen, but this feels more strategic. I've heard some speculation that it could be linked to their recent acquisitions and how they plan to integrate those new business lines. It’s all very cloak-and-dagger, which isn't ideal for morale. Keeping an ear to the ground for any concrete intel.
