McKesson - Anyone else feeling the tremors?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if I'm alone on this. Been at McKesson for a few years now in [Department - e.g., IT/Supply Chain/Finance] and lately, the vibe feels...off. Heard some whispers about restructuring and efficiency drives, which usually precedes something less pleasant. No official comms, of course, but the rumour mill is churning. Been seeing more 'do more with less' type of talk in internal meetings, and some projects have slowed down considerably. Has anyone else in different departments noticed anything similar? Wondering if it's just my group or a broader company-wide thing. Trying not to panic, but also want to be prepared if things go sideways. Any insights would be appreciated.

I've been in the supply chain side for about four years, and I'm definitely feeling it too. It's not just one department, it seems to be a company-wide sentiment. The 'do more with less' mantra is definitely in full swing, and you can see the strain on resources. Project timelines are becoming unrealistic, and the pressure to hit targets is palpable. Hoping it's just a temporary phase and not a precursor to something bigger, but the unease is definitely present.

I'm in finance, and while we haven't had direct layoffs announced, the efficiency drives are very real. We're seeing increased scrutiny on every expense, and there's a push to automate processes wherever possible. It makes sense from a business perspective, but it does create a sense of uncertainty about future roles and responsibilities. Keeping my head down and focusing on delivering value, but it's hard to ignore the general tension in the air.
