McKesson - How's morale these days?

Just wondering what the general mood is at McKesson right now. Between the market conditions and the whispers about restructuring, it feels like a lot of people are on edge. Are people still feeling motivated and engaged, or is there a sense of unease lingering? I've noticed a dip in team energy in my area, and it makes me wonder if it's more widespread. Curious to hear from others about their experiences – positive or negative. What's driving the current sentiment, in your opinion?

It's definitely a mixed bag across the company. Some departments seem to be weathering the changes well, with leaders keeping teams informed and focused on project goals. Others, however, are feeling the pinch of uncertainty, and you can sense the hesitation in meetings and general communication. The key seems to be clear leadership and a consistent message, but that's not always present everywhere, unfortunately.

Morale feels pretty fragile in my area. The constant talk about 'efficiency improvements' and the lack of concrete information about how it impacts actual jobs is creating a lot of anxiety. People are doing their best to stay positive and productive, but it's hard when you feel like your role might be on the chopping block or that your hard work isn't translating into stability. Visibility into the future would make a huge difference.
