McKesson - Management's silence on headcount is deafening

Is anyone else frustrated by the complete lack of communication from leadership regarding potential workforce changes? We've all seen the market shifts and the general economic uncertainty. Yet, at McKesson, it feels like we're being kept in the dark. Rumors are flying, people are anxious, and all we get is crickets from the top. This silence breeds more speculation and frankly, erodes trust. It's hard to stay motivated and focused when you don't know if your job is secure or if the rug is about to be pulled out from under you. Seriously, a little transparency would go a long way, even if it's just acknowledging the current climate. Anyone else feeling this way?
