McKesson - Seeing more 'efficiency' meetings lately?

Been at McKesson for a few years now and the last couple of months have felt... different. A lot more meetings about 'optimizing workflows' and 'driving efficiencies.' Feels like corporate buzzwords to soften whatever is coming. Usually, this kind of talk precedes some kind of headcount reduction or significant restructuring. Anyone else in different departments hearing the same? It's not just my team. I've talked to folks in IT and even some of the operations side, and they're getting similar messaging. No official word, of course, just vague pronouncements about 'adapting to market conditions.' Wondering if this is just my perception or if others are seeing a pattern.
