McKesson - Slowdown in new hires/open reqs?

Hey everyone, been at McKesson for a few years now and usually things are pretty consistent with hiring. Lately though, it feels like the brakes have been put on. I've been keeping an eye on open requisitions for my department and some that were posted a few months back seem to have disappeared, and there aren't many new ones popping up. Also, when I talk to people in other areas, they're also mentioning that the recruitment process seems to be taking a lot longer, with fewer updates. Is this just a seasonal thing or maybe a specific department issue, or is anyone else seeing a broader slowdown in bringing new people on board? Feels a bit like a soft hiring freeze, but nothing official has been said. Curious to hear what others are observing.
