McKesson - What's up with the contractor/temp roles?

0x28dd…0833Curious to hear from others on this. Seems like a lot of departments are leaning heavily on contractors and temp staff lately, myself included. On one hand, it could be a way to manage workload without long-term commitments. But on the other, it feels like they're padding teams with external help while maybe holding back on permanent headcount. I've heard whispers from some of the contractors that their contracts aren't being extended, which is obviously tough for them, but it also makes me wonder about the stability of the permanent roles too. Anyone else in a similar boat or have insights into why this might be the current hiring strategy?
