Hey everyone, just checking in. Been at McKesson for a few years now, and lately, it feels like the expectations are just… climbing. Not in a good 'growth opportunity' kind of way, but more like a 'how can we squeeze more out of the same resources' vibe. My team's workload has been steadily increasing, and we're constantly being told to be more efficient and innovative, which is great in theory, but the reality is we're stretched thin. Is this just me, or is anyone else seeing this trend? Is it a sign of something bigger coming down the pipeline, or just the usual corporate grind? Trying to gauge the general sentiment here. Hoping it's just a temporary squeeze, but the talk around the virtual water cooler is starting to get a bit anxious. Anyone got insights or similar experiences to share? Trying to stay positive but it's getting tough.

Yeah, I'm definitely feeling this. It's like the goalposts keep moving further away without any additional support. We're always being pushed to find new efficiencies, which is fine, but it feels like we're expected to achieve miracles with the same, or even fewer, resources than before. It's leading to burnout and a general sense of being undervalued. Wondering how long this can realistically be sustained.

Totally relate. The 'do more with less' mantra is practically a company slogan at this point. While some innovation is good, it often feels like it's masking a fundamental lack of investment in staffing and tools. The pressure to hit targets while juggling an ever-growing to-do list is intense. Makes you wonder about the long-term sustainability of this approach.
