McKesson: Anyone else's workload suddenly double?

Seriously, what is going on at McKesson? Over the past couple of months, my workload has absolutely exploded. It feels like we're expected to do the work of two people. Projects are getting piled on without any extra resources, and deadlines are becoming increasingly unrealistic. I'm seeing colleagues looking completely burnt out. I know the industry is tough, but this feels like a strategic move to stretch us thin, maybe as a precursor to something else? Or are they just genuinely understaffed and pushing everyone to their limit? It’s getting to the point where I’m struggling to keep up and the quality of my work is starting to suffer, which is really frustrating. Anyone else in a similar boat?
