Hey everyone, been at McKesson for a few years now in [Department/General Area]. Lately, there's been a lot of buzz that's hard to ignore. It's not anything official, just the usual 'things are changing' talk and a lot of vague mentions of 'optimization' and 'efficiency gains' in all-hands meetings. Feels like the energy has shifted, and people are definitely on edge. Seeing fewer new projects starting, and the ones we have feel like they're being stretched thin. Anyone else picking up on this? Wondering if I should start dusting off the resume or if this is just a typical corporate cycle. Curious to hear what others are seeing or hearing, especially from different departments. Trying not to panic, but the vibes are definitely off right now.

I've noticed a similar vibe. It's subtle, but you can feel the tension. A lot of whispers about restructuring and a general sense of uncertainty. Been hearing the same things. It feels like the 'optimization' talk is code for something bigger. Project pipelines do seem a bit quieter, and resources feel stretched.
