McKesson: Concerned about increased workload and fewer resources?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else is feeling this lately at McKesson. Over the past few months, it feels like the workload has been steadily increasing, but the resources allocated to our teams seem to be shrinking. We're being asked to do more with less, and it's starting to impact morale and potentially project timelines. I've noticed fewer people being brought onto projects, and some of the usual support roles seem to be stretched thin. Are others seeing a similar trend? Is this a sign of something bigger, or just a temporary belt-tightening? Curious to hear what others are experiencing and if anyone has any insights into why this might be happening. Trying not to jump to conclusions, but the pattern is becoming hard to ignore. Any thoughts or similar observations are welcome.

Totally feel you on this. It's like a constant juggling act lately, trying to keep all the balls in the air with fewer hands on deck. The pressure is definitely mounting, and it's hard not to feel the strain when you see key people overloaded or support functions stretched so thin. Hoping management addresses this soon before it becomes unmanageable.

I've been noticing the same pattern. The expectation seems to be that we can absorb more tasks without a corresponding increase in personnel or budget. It's creating a really challenging environment, and I'm worried about burnout and the long-term sustainability of our output. Has anyone found effective strategies for navigating these resource constraints?
