McKesson: Feeling a bit of a 'pause' on hiring?

Hey everyone, has anyone else noticed a significant slowdown in new job postings at McKesson over the past few months? I've been keeping an eye on external sites and also within the company, and it feels like the usual pace of hiring has really dropped off. It's not just one department, either. It seems pretty widespread across several areas I'm familiar with. Most of the roles I'm seeing are internal transfers or very niche positions. I haven't heard any official word, but the lack of new external hires is definitely creating a strange atmosphere. Anyone else picking up on this? Trying to figure out if it's just seasonal, or something more. Curious to hear what others are seeing or hearing, especially those in recruiting or management roles.

Interesting observation. I've also seen fewer external postings recently and have been wondering if it's a broader market trend or something specific to McKesson. Yeah, I've picked up on that too. Seems like a lot of the roles that do pop up are either very specific or require internal movement, which can be frustrating when you're trying to join the company. Hard to say what the exact reason is, but it's definitely noticeable. Hopefully, things pick up again soon for those interested in opportunities there.
