Seriously, what's going on with workloads at McKesson? My team is drowning. We lost two people a few months back and haven't seen any replacements, but the deliverables are only increasing. It feels like we're constantly being asked to 'do more with less,' which is becoming the company mantra, I swear. Every project seems to have higher stakes and tighter deadlines, and there's just not enough bandwidth to go around. It's leading to burnout, and I'm seeing some really talented people looking pretty fed up. Is this isolated to my area, or is this a company-wide thing? Feels like something's brewing under the surface when so many teams are struggling to keep up. Any insights on what's driving this or if there's any relief in sight would be appreciated.

I feel this so hard. It's like they expect miracles with half the resources. My department is in the same boat – deadlines are unrealistic, and the pressure to hit targets is immense, even with fewer hands. It's definitely not sustainable, and the toll it's taking on morale is palpable. Makes you wonder how long things can continue like this before something gives.

Yeah, the 'do more with less' thing is definitely the unofficial motto these days. It's frustrating to see the company's expectations keep rising while the support systems shrink. I'm worried about the long-term impact on quality and employee retention. People are good, but even the best can't keep running on fumes indefinitely. Hope leadership recognizes this before it's too late.
