McKesson: Performance reviews feeling extra intense lately?

Is it just me, or have performance reviews at McKesson been particularly brutal this cycle? The feedback feels more critical than usual, and there's a lot more emphasis on "exceeding expectations" across the board, even for people who have been solid performers for years. It feels like the bar has been raised significantly, and the tone isn't exactly supportive. I've heard from a couple of colleagues that their managers are being very direct about "areas for improvement" that seem to go beyond typical development conversations.
