Hey everyone, been at McKesson for a few years now, and lately things feel… off. Projects that used to be manageable are suddenly impossible to hit with current resources. My team's been working insane hours for months, and we're still barely treading water. Heard some murmurs about budget reviews intensifying and a general tightening of the belt across departments. Not hearing explicit layoff talk, but the general vibe is one of increased pressure and uncertainty. Anyone else seeing this? Is it just my division, or is this a company-wide thing? Curious if anyone has any intel or insights into what might be happening behind the scenes. Trying to stay optimistic, but it’s getting harder.

I'm in a similar boat. The workload has definitely ramped up, and it feels like we're being asked to do more with less. Communication about project timelines has been vague, and the pressure to deliver on already stretched deadlines is palpable. It's creating a lot of stress, and honestly, it's starting to impact morale. I'm trying to stay optimistic, but it's hard when you're constantly feeling the squeeze.

Totally get where you're coming from. I've noticed the same trend, particularly with resource allocation. What used to be standard is now a struggle to secure. The uncertainty is the worst part – you want to plan, but it feels like the ground is constantly shifting. Hoping this is a temporary phase and things stabilize soon, but the current atmosphere is definitely a cause for concern.
