McKesson: Project scopes shrinking?

Has anyone else noticed projects getting smaller or having their scopes significantly reduced recently? A few initiatives I was involved with, or heard about starting, seem to be getting scaled back before they even get off the ground, or are being cut mid-stream. It's subtle, not like major projects being cancelled, but more like the ambition is being dialed down. Fewer resources allocated, tighter deadlines that feel impossible to meet without cutting scope, that sort of thing. It could be just a natural ebb and flow, but coupled with the increased talk about 'resource optimization' I mentioned previously, it feels like a pattern. Wondering if this is happening elsewhere or if my area is just facing some specific budget constraints. Curious to hear what others are seeing.
