McKesson: Seeing whispers about org changes - anyone else?

Hey folks, Been seeing some chatter on internal channels and hearing from people in different departments. Seems like there's a lot of talk about "organizational adjustments" or "restructuring" in the air at McKesson. Not hearing anything concrete about layoffs specifically, but the vibe is definitely one of change. Some teams are apparently being consolidated, and there's a lot of "re-evaluating roles" going on. It's making people nervous, to say the least. Anyone else picking up on this? Curious if it's company-wide or just certain divisions. The lack of clear communication is making it worse. Feels like we're all just waiting for the other shoe to drop.

I've heard similar rumblings. It feels like a lot of departments are being shuffled around, and there's definitely an undercurrent of uncertainty. Management seems to be talking a lot about 'synergies' and 'efficiency,' which usually translates to some form of headcount review. Hopefully, it's just about streamlining processes and not more drastic measures, but you can't help but feel a bit on edge with all this talk.

Yeah, the buzz about changes is definitely making its way around. Heard from a friend in a different division that their team is merging with another, and they're being told it's about 'optimizing resources.' It's hard to get a clear picture, but the general sentiment is that things are in flux. Lots of people are keeping their ears to the ground and hoping for the best while preparing for the worst.
