McKesson: "Strategic realignment" talk getting louder?

Has anyone else caught wind of the "strategic realignment" chatter that seems to be bubbling up? I've heard it mentioned in a couple of different teams, and it always feels like a precursor to something. It's vague enough to mean anything, but usually, these buzzwords are used to soften the blow of restructuring or, well, you know. I haven't seen any official comms about it, but the grapevine is buzzing. It's making people nervous, myself included. Is it just a general business cycle thing, or is there something more significant brewing behind the scenes? Trying to get a read on the temperature here. Appreciate any insights or similar observations.

Yeah, I've heard similar whispers. 'Strategic realignment' always makes me uneasy. It feels like corporate speak for 'things are about to change,' and usually not for the better. Hoping it's just noise, but you're right, the lack of official word is what's really unsettling. Trying to stay positive, but it's hard when the rumor mill is churning.

I'm not surprised to hear that. Companies do this pretty regularly to shake things up. 'Realignment' often means shifting resources, maybe cutting some departments and beefing up others. It's a way to keep the business agile, I guess. Let's hope any changes are well-communicated and manageable for everyone involved.
