McKesson: Team restructuring whispers getting louder?

Been hearing some chatter around the virtual water cooler about potential team structure changes. It's not concrete, more like vague comments from managers in meetings about 'optimizing synergies' and 'aligning talent'. Sounds like corporate speak for 'we're moving things around'. A couple of senior folks on my team have been noticeably quiet lately, and there's been a bit more back-and-forth about roles and responsibilities than usual. No one's saying layoffs directly, but this kind of 'strategic realignment' often precedes them, or at least means some people will be looking for new homes internally. Anyone else picking up on this? Curious if it's just my department or if there's a broader organizational shift happening.

I've been hearing similar rumblings. The 'synergies' and 'alignment' talk has been making the rounds for a while now. It's definitely creating a nervous energy around here. People are trying to read between the lines of every email and meeting. Hopefully, it's just a standard operational shuffle and not something more drastic. Let's hope for clarity soon.

Yeah, the whispers are definitely picking up steam. That vague 'optimizing' language is always a red flag, isn't it? It feels like they're laying the groundwork for some kind of shift. I'm keeping my head down and focusing on my work, but the uncertainty is palpable. It's hard not to speculate when things feel like they're in flux.
