I've picked up on that too. Things have felt pretty stagnant internally for a while now. Lots of whispers about reorgs and cost-cutting, which might explain the lack of big splashes. It's definitely a change from how things used to roll out. Hopefully, it's just a strategic pause before a bigger announcement, but the silence is pretty deafening.
Totally agree. It's like the innovation engine has sputtered. I've seen a few smaller, departmental initiatives get approved, but nothing that feels like a major strategic push. Makes you wonder if there's some internal friction or a shift in leadership's priorities that they aren't communicating. Hard to get excited about the future when you can't see it.
