Just saw the official WARN notice for the Wilsonville location. 195 people out the door as of today. I’ve been tracking the internal chatter for a few weeks, but it still hits differently when you see the final number. To everyone affected, I’m truly sorry. This place has been cycling through these 'strategic realignments' for years, but the scale of this one feels different. Is anyone getting any straight answers from leadership about what the future of the Wilsonville footprint looks like, or is this basically a slow-motion shuttering of the office?

The leadership team here has been playing the same tired games for years, calling these massive layoffs 'strategic realignments' while the stock price keeps climbing. Nobody at the top is going to give you a straight answer because transparency isn't in the playbook. They view the Wilsonville site as just another line item to be optimized for a quarterly report. I’ve survived three rounds of cuts at this company, and it never gets easier watching good people get discarded. I am so sorry to hear this. My heart goes out to everyone in Wilsonville dealing with this news today. It is truly sickening how they frame these life-altering decisions with such cold, bureaucratic language. Please prioritize yourselves and your families right now; don't waste energy waiting for closure or honesty from the folks in the C-suite.
