My team's travel budget got cut significantly, and we're being told to justify every single piece of software or training. On top of that, there's a general sense of 'doing more with less' that's starting to feel unsustainable. People are stretched thin, and while there haven't been any official layoff announcements, the overall vibe feels like management is preparing for a leaner future. It's making it hard to plan long-term and frankly, it's starting to cause some anxiety. Anyone else in a similar boat or have insights into what might be driving this?
