Medtronic - Anyone else feel like projects are being shelved indefinitely?

Been here a while and usually, there's a pretty clear roadmap for upcoming projects and product launches. Lately though, it feels like a lot of things are getting pushed back, put on 'hold for further review,' or just quietly disappear from roadmaps. My manager is cagey when asked about timelines, just giving vague answers about 'prioritization' and 'market conditions.' It's starting to feel like they're deliberately slowing down investment in new areas or perhaps consolidating resources. With all the talk about 'strategic realignments' floating around, I'm starting to worry about the long-term health of some of our product lines, and by extension, our jobs. Anyone else experiencing this project stagnation?
