Absolutely feel this. It’s like they expect us to invent new ways to do the impossible. Every project seems to have this implicit understanding that we'll somehow juggle it all without proper support. The 'streamlining' talk often feels like a euphemism for cutting corners that then land on already overburdened teams. It’s incredibly frustrating to see the pressure mount without any acknowledgement of the strain.
I hear you loud and clear. The 'more with less' mantra has become the company soundtrack, hasn't it? It’s disheartening when the messaging about innovation and growth is paired with a reality of shrinking resources. It creates an environment where it's hard to maintain quality, let alone feel motivated. This constant juggling act is definitely taking a toll on morale and productivity across the board.
