Medtronic - Management seems unusually stressed lately

I've noticed a definite shift in how management is acting over the past few months at Medtronic. More meetings, less transparency, and a general air of stress that wasn't there before. Seems like decisions are being made higher up with little communication trickling down. Some of my colleagues are starting to whisper about it too, but nobody has concrete info. It feels like there's a lot of pressure building, and I'm starting to get a bad feeling about it. Anyone else experiencing this? Is it just my department, or is this a broader trend across the company? Curious to hear if others are picking up on the same tension.
