Medtronic - Morale seems low, is anyone else noticing?

Hey all, been at Medtronic for a few years now, and I'm noticing a definite shift in the general vibe. People seem more stressed, less communicative, and honestly, just a bit checked out. Conversations in the breakroom aren't as light as they used to be, and there's a lot more hushed talk about 'resource allocation' and 'strategic realignments.' I'm trying not to jump to conclusions, but it feels like there's an underlying tension. Is this just my department, or are others feeling this too? The recent news cycles haven't exactly been confidence-boosting for the industry as a whole, but Medtronic has always felt relatively stable. Curious to hear if anyone else is picking up on similar feelings, or if I'm just overthinking things. Let me know what you're seeing/hearing on the ground.

I've been feeling something similar in my division. The constant reorganizations are definitely taking a toll, and it feels like we're being asked to do more with less, which naturally breeds stress. It's hard to stay motivated when you don't feel like your efforts are translating into stability or clear progress. Hopefully, things will settle down soon.
