Medtronic - Project pipeline looking thin?

Is it just me, or has the flow of new projects and major initiatives slowed to a crawl at Medtronic? I've been here a few years, and typically we'd have a pretty consistent stream of new product development or significant process improvement projects kicking off. Lately, though, it feels like everything is on hold or getting pushed back. Internal discussions about 'prioritization' seem to be the new normal, and many of the exciting, forward-looking projects we were anticipating seem to be indefinitely shelved. It's making it hard to feel motivated when the runway ahead looks so short. Are other departments experiencing this? Is this a sign of a broader strategic shift, or are we just in a cyclical lull? Looking for insights from folks in different divisions. Trying to understand if this is a company-wide pause or if some areas are still moving full steam ahead.
