I've noticed the same thing. It feels like a company-wide squeeze. The 'do more with less' mantra is getting old, and you can see the burnout starting to set in. It's frustrating when the narrative is about innovation and growth, but the resources to actually achieve that aren't there. Makes you wonder about the long-term strategy and how sustainable this approach is for employee morale and retention.
Completely agree. The constant push for efficiency without the corresponding investment in people or tools is a recipe for disaster. It’s demoralizing to feel like you’re constantly fighting for basic resources while being expected to hit aggressive targets. I've seen good people get worn down by this. Hope leadership recognizes the impact this is having before it leads to significant turnover.
