Medtronic - The 'strategic pivots' seem constant
22
0x22d3…b86aAnyone else feel like Medtronic is constantly doing these 'strategic pivots' lately? It feels like every few months, the direction of a major project shifts, or a whole team's focus gets redirected. It’s causing a lot of churn and frankly, it's exhausting. We spend so much time getting up to speed on one thing, only for it to be 'realigned' a quarter later. I'm starting to wonder if this constant flux is a sign of instability or just a really inefficient way of doing business. It's making long-term planning really difficult and you can feel the frustration building across teams. It's not outright layoffs, but the constant reshuffling and lack of clear, sustained direction is definitely impacting morale and productivity. Just me, or is anyone else feeling this whiplash?
