Medtronic: Anyone else feeling the pressure lately?

Hey everyone, posting anonymously here. Has anyone else in Medtronic noticed a significant shift in the workplace atmosphere recently? It's hard to put a finger on it, but there's definitely a palpable sense of unease. My team's workload hasn't decreased, if anything it's increased, but communication from upper management feels more guarded. Performance reviews are coming up, and while I'm doing my job, there's just this underlying anxiety about what might be happening behind the scenes. I haven't heard any specific layoff announcements for my division (CardioVascular), but the general whispers and the constant 'efficiency drive' messaging are starting to get to me. Is it just me, or is anyone else feeling this chill in the air?
